The Hotel is situated in a very beautiful environment, exactly 100 m from the Lake Ossiach (Ossiacher See), situated at the feet of GERLITZEN ski centre, 5 minutes far from the cable car ski lift.

Upon request of our guests, we can offer with no additional charge food for vegetarians, lactose free, glucose free and so on.

The modern ski-center, Gerlitzen, has a 60 km long ski slopes, which is permanently developed. The free ski bus starts to the lifts from the front of the Wellness Hotel Sissi. It is accessible 7 more ski centre from our hotel, among others the Hermagor-Nassfeld, Bad Kleinkirchheim and Kranjska Gora. The total lenght of the ski slopes are more than 350 km.

We renewed our hotel in 2010 with a Moroccan styled wellness area, which can be used by our guests for free with unlimited use.

Within the Wellness Hotel Sissi's 15 - 30 km radius we can find several well-known and popular thermal baths. For example: Villach-Warmbad, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Bad Bleiberg and Spittal.

The WELLNESS HOTEL SISSI *** is situated about 200 m from the center of the town Bodensdorf. Near the hotel there is the sport centrum and the lakeshore and their services can be use from our guests like these: tennis place, beach volleyball, kayak, surf, water bike, water skiing, windsurfing.

The area of Lake Ossiach (Ossiacher See) offering for us many summer activities and cultural and outdoors programs like: bathing, water sports, fishing, cruises, tennis, beach volleyball, nordic walking, ride a bicyle around the lake and in the mountain, hiking, climbing in the mountains, paragliding, powered hang gliding, playing golf, playing mini-golf, ride a horse, summer bobsled, bowling, festivals, concerts, meetings, view concerts.

In the summer time the water of Lake Ossiach is about 27 C degree and it is ideal for swimming.
